Verloop Demonstrates Conversational AI Solutions at GITEX 2021

During this year's annual GITEX technology week in Dubai, customer support software company Verloop.io offered attendees a full demonstration of its conversational AI solutions.

Artificial intelligence has evolved quite significantly in the area of customer support, but still has somewhat of a bad reputation from earlier versions. AI support systems used over the last two decades were only able to handle the most basic inquiries imaginable, but could never top the performance of a customer support  agent. However, companies like Verloop.oio have made it their goal to convince skeptics that their AI solutions rival the quality and consistency of human employees through automation and self-service.

This fact is becoming increasingly important in the post-pandemic era, where many customers no longer adhere to a standard 9-5 schedule. Not only does AI-based programming benefit customers, businesses are able to cut costs by reducing call center staff, and utilize higher performing agents for more complex tasks.
