Emplifi Introduces Voice of Customer AI Solution

According to a recent article by CIOReview, CX platform provider Emplifi has announced the release of a new solution designed to improve customer support, marketing and sales initiatives with the power of artificial intelligence.

To help companies of all sizes maintain quality customer service across multiple departments, Emplifi has introduced the Voice of Customer (VOC) solution, offering high powered AI-capabilities to diagnose and solve user problems,analyze customer data, and automate common processes. Businesses utilizing the VOC platform will also have access to a newly developed Decision AI tool, which automatically analyzes customer surveys to uncover new consumer trends.

Emplifi President/Chief Product Office Alex George explained, “Businesses need access to innovative CX solutions that empower them to be responsive to their customers needs in real-time by monitoring customer expectations and perceptions at key stages of the customer journey and offering key customer-centric insights that drive measurable outcomes”

Now that a significant portion of businesses are  prioritizing digital efforts, leaders are having difficulties meeting demands of customers. Even companies with highly skilled, experienced employees are having trouble meeting the standards of quality that customers expect at all hours of the day.
