CX Company Glance Honored with Award by Frost & Sullivan
In early December, companies from all over the world gathered in Orlando, Florida for the 2021 Frost & Sullivan Best Practices Awards Gala, held at the Loews Portofino Bay Hotel. The gathering honored the business achievements of some of the most innovative and successful companies in their fields.

In its evaluation of Glance, Frost & Sullivan analysts Alexander Michael and Federico Teveles rated the company's solutions and market traction in relation to evolving business imperatives, such as the accelerated demand for digital commerce, automated customer service trends, customer expectations, and the need for businesses to integrate automated and human-based tools to improve customer journeys.
Frost & Sullivan determined that Glance's visual engagement solutions continue to lead the market by delivering highly relevant cloud-based capabilities that provide measurable business outcomes. These include increased conversion and close rates, higher customer satisfaction scores, shorter sales cycles, and greater retention. Frost & Sullivan also found Glance's unique architecture enables it to work across all browsers and devices(utilizing stringent security protocols), making it an ideal solution for financial services, healthcare, government, and e-commerce.
